OUR CONSULTING SERVICES

We staff teams holistically, mixing strategists from management consulting, design thinking, and creative strategy backgrounds. While we are able to work on a broad range of strategy questions for clients across industries, we always take a long-term, brand-centric view as a practice. We have four distinct areas of focus in how we create value for clients.

Futurekind is part of the Fem Futures Collective: a collaboration between Clusity,

High Her and Futurekind, bringing together complementary expertise at the intersection of female health, wealth and identity.

Clusity, Belgium’s largest community for women in tech, connects over 3,500 women and allies with more than 70 industry partners, actively bridging the gap between female talent and the tech ecosystem.

HighHer is a non-profit dedicated to reducing the gender funding gap, supporting female founders in early-stage funding and advancing more inclusive investment models.

Together, we don’t just explore the future, we build it.

From masterclasses and large-scale femtech hackathons - including Europe’s largest femtech hackathon in 2025 - to curated international learning journeys, such as our upcoming China trip focused on female entrepreneurship and femtech innovation, we create platforms for knowledge, connection and action.

In 2027, we will launch the Possible Futures Festival - a European femtech summit bringing together leaders, founders and cultural voices shaping the future of women.

Through this collective, we position female futures not as a niche, but as a powerful driver of cultural, technological and economic change.
